Perth, Western Australia You Matter Support Full time

We are seeking empathetic Disability Support Workers to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving their daily goals. Your responsibilities will include implementing care plans, engaging in community activities, and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field.
- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Full Driver license
- NDIS Clearance certificate.

**Salary**: $22.27 - $56.04 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
