We are seeking a Health Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent chance for you to give back to Tasmania's frontline workers by providing mental health support and resilience training.

**Role Overview:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a contractor. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Health Coach to work with new and existing clients in Launceston, Tasmania.
- Can offer 2-3 days per week
- Provide evidence-based strategies to improve mental health, build resilience, and promote overall wellbeing
- Work closely with other professionals, including psychologists, counsellors, and organizational stakeholders, to ensure integrated care
- Maintain accurate and confidential case notes adhering to professional standards and compliance requirements
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in mental health coaching, counselling, or related fields
- Tertiary qualification & registration with AHPRA (Provisional or Full Registration) or ASORC or AASW
- Expertise in behavioral skills training and evidence-based approaches to mental health
- Proven ability to support individuals in high-pressure environments, particularly within emergency services
- Current National Police Check

These include police background checks, qualifications verification, and a current unrestricted Australian driver's license. Unsatisfactory clearance may result in an unsuccessful outcome.
