Academic Leader for Student Growth

The Secondary Teacher will be responsible for guiding students from Years 7 to 12 through their educational journey, delivering high-quality instruction in one or more subjects aligned with the NESA curriculum.
The teacher will inspire academic excellence, foster intellectual curiosity, and support the personal development of students by creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and contributing to the broader school community.
Key responsibilities include preparing daily and long-term lesson plans, arranging and managing classroom resources, assessing students' abilities and strengths, maintaining productive working habits and discipline within the classroom, supervising students during class and breaks, evaluating and assessing students' educational progress, and monitoring and supporting students' emotional and social well-being.
