Are you a visionary leader with a passion for science education? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Academic Leader in Science to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a range of educational programs, projects and initiatives that promote excellence in science teaching and learning. As Academic Leader in Science, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement science education policies and procedures that align with school goals and objectives
  • Liaise with teachers, students and parents to ensure effective communication and engagement
  • Provide professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their science teaching skills
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and achievement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within education
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum design and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
