The Dean is responsible for leading the academic vision, ensuring high-quality education and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic direction for academic programs and initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor academic staff to maintain teaching excellence and enhance student outcomes.
  • Represent AsiaED Solutions at relevant committees and forums.
  • Academic programs comply with regulatory standards and industry benchmarks.
  • Quality assurance frameworks.
  • Oversee development, review, and delivery of programs and courses.
  • Research and business cases for new courses/qualifications.
  • Recruitment, induction, professional development, and appraisal of academic staff.
Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • PhD qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Senior-level experience in higher education academic leadership.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
