
Full Function Payroll Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance across various facets and supporting project implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and be able to manage full-function payroll for a mid-to-large workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including superannuation, taxation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Maintain accurate employee data and deliver timely reporting.
- Support payroll system implementations and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and senior leaders to resolve queries and provide expert payroll advice.
- Contribute to payroll projects and mentor junior team members in their development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably in an Australian context.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
