Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Development Manager to join our team at Adbri. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and maximising sales opportunities within the greater Sydney market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimise sales opportunities in the NSW Sydney market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor to their business.
  • Analyse sales data and deliver margin growth strategies to drive business results.
  • Ensure all tender submissions and quotes are supplied on time and in line with approved processes.
  • Successfully negotiate customer relationships, ensuring consistency in all dealings.
  • Meet set sales targets and KPIs, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in a key account management role, ideally within the construction materials industry.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, as well as being a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, marketing, or a similar discipline (preferred).
  • Intermediate computer literacy using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (essential) and experience with SAP, Power BI, and Sales Force (preferred).
