Job Title: Wholesale Account Executive

CAMILLA is seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Executive to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute components of the AU/NZ growth strategy to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Understand and contribute to seasonal territory and individual account sales targets to deliver sales targets.
  • Assist in and contribute to regular research, analysis, and interpretation of AU/NZ customer target market, range, and product category performance, stock sales performance.
  • Manage major accounts and national specialty boutiques end-to-end, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure responsibilities regarding national sell campaigns, showroom, and sample management.
  • Provide a superior level of sales and after-sales service in every aspect.
  • Exceptional communication with accounts results in superior customer service experience.
  • Execute after-sale strategies to improve sell-through and customer experience, such as visual merchandising guidelines, sales staff support, promotional/PR opportunities, product knowledge sessions, and boutique VIP events.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years Wholesale Account experience within the mid-luxury fashion industry.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in JOOR.
  • Experience in NetSuite and Advantage.
  • Impeccable communication style, both verbal and written.
  • A strong analytical approach to budgets and forecasting.
