Workplace Experience Event Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to join our workplace experience team. As a Workplace Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and comfortable atmosphere by organizing creative workplace events.
Your primary objective will be to provide coordination and support for the delivery of workplace events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement event concepts that align with our organization's goals and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events that exceed expectations.
- Maintain awareness of the workspace and develop solutions in consultation with the facilities management team to enhance the workplace experience.
- Utilize digital tools and databases to manage event logistics, track attendance, and analyze feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in events operations, visitor experience, front desk, concierge, or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Victoria RSA certificate preferred.
