About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Analyst to join our team at AEIOU Foundation. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing specialist therapy support for children with autism spectrum disorder, their families, and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Individual Plans to support children to develop play, social, motor, and self-help skills.
  • Provide training and supervision to team members in their area of expertise.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapy services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field.
  • Certified Behaviour Analyst Membership.
  • Experience delivering therapy services to children with Autism.
  • Understanding of the principles of behavioural interventions, including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and other complementary models of practice.
