Regional Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales success and building lasting partnerships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for strengthening existing customer relationships, re-engaging dormant accounts, and pursuing new opportunities.

  • Experience: Proven sales success is essential; signage industry experience is a plus.
  • Relationship & Customer-Focused: Personable, professional, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building lasting partnerships.
  • Autonomous & Driven: Capable of independently managing and growing your accounts with minimal supervision, leveraging your initiative and self-direction.
  • Travel Ready: Willing to travel within your territory to engage with clients. A driver's license is essential.
  • Work Rights: Australian/NZ citizen or resident.
