Program Leadership Opportunity

The Australian government has committed significant funding to the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program, a multi-billion dollar initiative aimed at reducing crash severity and frequency on Queensland highways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with key government agencies and provide specialist advice to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives by creating a high-performing team and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve complex engineering and contractual issues associated with the program.
  • Deliver various construction contract options while achieving value for money, time, quality, cost, and program objectives.
  • Monitor and report on program progress through the preparation and delivery of submissions and reports relating to planning, design, and technical issues.
Leadership Requirements
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure program activities are undertaken in accordance with industry best-practice.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and harness internal and external expertise.
