Director of Project Delivery

- Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance by adhering to all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Accountable for ensuring accurate assessments and forecasts of the project's financial performance on a monthly basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular updates.
- Coordinate the performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment while ensuring their respective needs are met.
- Deliver coaching, mentoring, and training to relevant staff and address any performance issues promptly.
- Relevant degree such as Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in delivering subdivision projects is highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing client relationships effectively.
- Ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Excellent people management abilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Experience working in the construction industry, particularly in project management, is highly valued.
