Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Martech team in building and delivering high-impact promotions directly on the Canva product's pages for web & mobile.

  • Oversee a talented group of engineers who build, run, and analyze promotions, collaborating closely with them to create tools and improve code structure for efficient and effective engineering deliverables.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, content designers, product managers, software engineers, QA analysts, and data analysts to drive business results.
  • Lead by example, empower team members to resolve technical conflicts efficiently and effectively as we collaborate across various teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and founders on company-wide global launches and events.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong technical leadership skills and experience in leading people. The successful candidate will be passionate about going above and beyond to support significant campaigns, inspired by the visibility of their team's work on a grand stage, and motivated by the challenge of engaging and inspiring their team for major events while collaborating with various stakeholders.
