Maintenance Operations Planning Coordinator

 

Job Description:

The company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Maintenance Operations Planning Coordinator to join its team. The role will be responsible for providing planning support to the Maintenance Operations Managers and Maintenance Coordinator.

The successful candidate will manage, control and audit aircraft maintenance data and data management systems. They will also plan, organise and control the maintenance and repairs of aircraft and aircraft components using applicable software and management tools.

Additional tasks may include supporting the compilation and issuing of Work Orders and maintenance priorities to maintenance staff, assisting with development and updates of aircraft maintenance schedules to meet program operational requirements and performing reporting of maintenance activities.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background and in-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance.
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Maintenance Controller / Planner in an aircraft maintenance environment or similar role.
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning requirements and documentation, including the ability to manage and audit aircraft maintenance data.
  • Skills to develop and implement new policies and maintenance programs that will enhance maintenance operations.
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Project.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
