Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our aircraft. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of maintenance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of aircraft types, using your mechanical skills to perform routine maintenance tasks and repair issues as they arise. You will work closely with other maintenance specialists to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Lead the charge in planning and executing scheduled maintenance
  • Drive continual improvement in quality and safety management
  • Mentor trainees and AMEs to empower the next generation of engineers
  • Stay at the cutting edge of your field by completing CPD modules and participating in training events
  • Contribute to a vibrant culture within the Aviation department
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary School completion certificate
  • Completion of approved aircraft maintenance engineer pre-employment course
  • ICAO Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence without type rating
  • 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience (could be concurrent with obtaining licence)
  • Aptitude in verbal, non-verbal, numerical and mechanical reasoning
  • Understanding of Health and Safety principles
