Job Title: Regulatory Advisor

Responsibilities:
  • Advising on regulatory issues pivotal to the company's growth across regions and globally.
  • Drafting and reviewing strategic plans and submissions to regulatory authorities, responding to regulatory enquiries, and helping shape the long-term regulatory strategy.
  • Developing and managing legal and compliance programs and ongoing regulatory strategies.
  • Anticipating and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws relevant to your own substantive area to provide strategic advice and foster compliance.

Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice in one or more relevant jurisdictions; candidates from other common law jurisdictions will also be considered.
  • 5-8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior in-house experience at crypto exchanges or fintech companies is highly preferred.
  • The role primarily involves non-contentious work; however, candidates with a background in contentious and disputes are also welcome to apply.
