About the Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage document management systems to ensure contract requirements are met, maintaining standards and policies.
  • Update project plans and contract documents as needed, adhering to contractual obligations.
  • Maintain a register of current contract-related document status.
  • Support vendor management and compliance initiatives, including audit checklist preparation.
  • Drive innovation initiatives, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and sustainability. Develop action plans and track progress against targets.
  • Monitor Indigenous targets, including spend tracking.
  • Assist with risk management processes and tracking actions.
  • Oversee compliance with operational KPIs, particularly water quality monitoring.
Requirements

Proven experience working in structured operational teams.

Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools.

Tertiary qualifications in business or engineering fields desired.

Ability to work independently or collaboratively, maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
