Full-time Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in the day-to-day management of a high-volume café.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the café, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and rostering staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
- Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Developing and implementing effective procedures for managing cash handling and stock control
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
