Job Title:Full-Time Licensed Property Manager

Location: Stepney, South Australia

Position Overview:We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of property management laws and regulations in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance, and resolving tenant issues.

Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure effective communication and satisfaction.

Conduct thorough background checks on potential tenants, including rental history, credit checks, and references.

Handle lease agreements, rent collection, and rental arrears.

Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and ensure compliance with property management regulations.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to attract new landlords and tenants to the agency.

Requirements:

Current South Australian Property Management license is a MUST.

Proven experience in property management, preferably within the South Australian market.

Strong understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Full time preferred.
