About the Role

eCommerce Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our online presence.

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging digital assets, including imagery, illustrations, videos, and graphics for websites, social media, EDMs, and advertising.
  • Design unique layouts for presentations and retail collateral.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across our portfolio, including our website.
  • Coordinate internal and external supplier Digital Asset Libraries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Enhance and maintain product descriptions, pricing, images, category assignments, and product categorization on our ecommerce website.
  • Assist in improving website performance and user experience (UX).
  • Implement continuous improvement of the online customer experience (CX).
  • Liaise with external digital agencies to enhance the website and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Proven experience in social media channel management.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo platforms.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
  • A keen interest in copywriting and strong communications proficiency.
  • Familiarity with website design and a desire to stay ahead of ecommerce developments.
