Transformative Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of cloud platforms and analytics solutions to meet client needs.

You will provide vision and direction for the teams you manage, set and achieve strategic business targets, lead resource planning, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new client work with existing clients and through new client opportunities.
  • Develop cloud platforms and analytics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide vision and direction for the team(s) you manage.
  • Set and achieve strategic business targets.
  • Lead resource planning.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of industry experience working with contemporary technologies including networks, hyperscale clouds (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), common SaaS applications, end user compute, and data and AI tools/platforms.
  • A sound understanding of data strategy, data platforms, data governance and data frameworks used by Australian government organisations.
  • Strong experience in solution development and delivery of client platforms
  • Strong project management skills and the proven ability to lead a team of people in the delivery of a data transformation project
