Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide project execution and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics for materials, equipment, and resources to optimize project outcomes.
  • Engage with architects, engineers, and tradespeople to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk factors to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including local authorities, for approvals and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors, to meet project deliverables and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant field, preferably with modular or prefabricated structures.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
