Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

About the Role:

This is a highly skilled position that will oversee and manage the technical aspects of infrastructure development projects to ensure successful execution.

The responsibilities of this role include planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks while maintaining adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Safety Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all site safety and legal requirements are met.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Solve technical problems and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage project interfaces, stakeholder requirements, and associated risks.
  • Flexible, innovative, and proactive with a strong focus on HSEQ culture and practices.
  • Effective team player with experience in virtual teams, while also being a self-starter capable of working independently.
  • Skilled in managing engineering consultants, contracts, and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Holds a degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
