Job Title

We are seeking a Transport Planning Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and accessible transport infrastructure and services to all Victorians.

About the Role:

You will provide specialized traffic engineering advice to planners, ensuring statutory planning referral outcomes promote safe and efficient road network usage. This will involve interpreting SIDRA reports and conducting road safety audits. You will also apply advanced problem-solving skills to facilitate innovative access solutions for development projects, negotiate with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes on arterial road proposals, and collaborate effectively within legislative timeframes to assess traffic engineering aspects of various planning initiatives.
