Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our support staff as part of the Australian Men's Cricket Team.

This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the success and wellbeing of one of the world's most iconic sporting teams. As the Psychologist, you will be embedded within the high-performance environment, working closely with players, coaches, and support staff to deliver psychological services to our world-class athletes.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting performance, mental health, and fostering a high-performing team environment. This includes delivering performance psychology and mental health support for the players and working collaboratively with Team Management and Senior Players to integrate psychological principles into training, competition, and the wider team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A registered psychologist with significant experience in elite sport
  • At least 5 years' experience working with elite athletes
  • Demonstrated competency in supporting athletes regarding their performance and mental health
