Senior Regional Game Development Manager

A Game Development Coordinator is required to oversee the implementation of various game development programs across a specific region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering these programs, including stakeholder relationship work, as well as evaluating program quality and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have empathy and understanding of Australian Rules football at various levels, along with working knowledge of safeguarding children and young people practices.
- Experience working with volunteers in a club sporting environment, coaching or teaching experience, and building relationships with key stakeholders are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SANFL programs across the West Adelaide Football Club Country Zone.
- Lead the zone participation strategy and deliver growth across Auskick, Club Football, new ways to play, and Sporting Schools.
- Evaluate program quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance participant experience and retention.
- Provide outstanding communication and program administration support as required.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including West Adelaide Football Club, Leagues, Clubs, Schools, and Local Government.

- DHS Working with Children Check.
