GAME DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - WEST ADELAIDE COUNTRY ZONE

Responsibilities- Coordinate SANFL programs across the West Adelaide Football Club Country Zone, including Zone Development, administration, and stakeholder relationship work.
- Lead the zone participation strategy and deliver growth across Auskick, Club Football, new ways to play, and Sporting Schools.
- Evaluate program quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance participant experience and retention.
- Provide outstanding communication and program administration support as required.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including West Adelaide Football Club, Leagues, Clubs, Schools, and Local Government.
- Based in the Riverland / Murray / Mallee region of South Australia, you will be part of an energetic team delivering Footy across SA.
- Deliver programs across the region and support the SANFL and West Adelaide Football Club brands.
- DHS Working with Children Check
- Current South Australian Drivers Licence
- Empathy and understanding of Australian Rules football at various levels
- Working knowledge of safeguarding children and young practices
- Experience working with volunteers in a club sporting environment
- Coaching and/or teaching experience
- Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders
