Responsibilities
  • Coordinate SANFL programs across the West Adelaide Football Club Country Zone, including Zone Development, administration, and stakeholder relationship work.
  • Lead the zone participation strategy and deliver growth across Auskick, Club Football, new ways to play, and Sporting Schools.
  • Evaluate program quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance participant experience and retention.
  • Provide outstanding communication and program administration support as required.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders including West Adelaide Football Club, Leagues, Clubs, Schools, and Local Government.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • DHS Working with Children Check
  • Current South Australian Drivers Licence
  • Empathy and understanding of Australian Rules football at various levels
  • Working knowledge of safeguarding children and young practices
  • Experience working with volunteers in a club sporting environment
  • Coaching and/or teaching experience
  • Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders
