About the Role:
St Joseph's Catholic School, Mount Isa is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher (HPE) to join our vibrant school community. This full-time, permanent position will commence as soon as practicable and will continue through the remainder of 2024 and 2025 onwards. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching HPE to students in Prep to Year 6.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach HPE to students in Prep to Year 6
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
Assess student progress and provide feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school goals
Requirements:
Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
