Transformative Talent Strategist

This opportunity is for an experienced talent strategist to support our organization on a 7-month fixed term contract. The role involves enabling business leaders to effectively manage and deliver strategic initiatives with key accountabilities including:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to drive talent strategies, aligning performance, capability, engagement, and development initiatives with the business.
  • Providing guidance and advice to line managers based on in-depth understanding of the area supported and the broader business strategy.
  • Developing initiatives that foster engagement and talent growth with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Effective management of employee relations cases.
  • Supporting leaders with all cyclical initiatives, such as annual review processes and talent assessments.
  • Delivering strategic plans that address operational and strategic business needs and align with the overall talent strategy.
