Key Role in Strategic Financial Management

This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial management of our asset management business.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for structuring and administering specialist financing solutions across various industries and asset classes. Effective collaboration with functional heads in Sales, Risk, Asset Management, and Product is critical to ensuring efficient business operations through information sharing practices.

  • Deep strategic financial management experience gained in high growth corporate environments is required.
  • A proven track record in managing and developing finance teams across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and tax requirements is essential.
  • Proven success in leading compliance and risk activities with strong business engagement, including developing and implementing risk frameworks, policies, and procedures is necessary.
  • Developing and embedding objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets to drive accountability across teams is crucial.

Familiarity with finance leadership roles within fund management and understanding AFSL risk regulations in Australia/New Zealand are desirable qualities.
