Job Title: Financial Strategic Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategic Advisor to join our team. Our mission is to make flying better than 'nice'. To achieve this, we need talented individuals who are passionate about customer experience and doing the right thing always.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on all financial aspects within designated portfolios.
  • Ensure initiatives and processes are in place to deliver business unit requirements and targets.
  • Prepare and present management packs for senior leaders.
  • Deliver timely budget and forecasts that meet strategic and financial deliverables.
  • Monitor and challenge senior leaders on business performance and forecasts to drive to agreed targets.
  • Analyse and provide input into scoping, analysis and sign-off of modelled financial benefits for business cases and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Economics.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Extensive budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Financial reporting experience.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders in a business support function.
