About the Role:

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in managing Financial Crime and Fraud processes. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us maintain our strong risk management framework.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver high-quality governance reporting to senior management
  2. Develop data-driven reporting within MyRQ and NROD
  3. Maintain group-wide risk and control libraries for fraud risk and financial crime
  4. Assist in the maintenance and ongoing development of key risk indicators and risk appetite metrics
  5. Conduct financial crime and fraud risk assessments for new products, vendors, and alliances
  6. Provide SME for financial crime and fraud prevention and detection controls in digital channels
  7. Maintain currency with global Sanctions, AML, and Fraud regulations impacting the Group
  8. Maintain collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum 4+ years of experience in Financial Crime and/or Fraud, either in first or second line. You will also have experience delivering Financial Crime and/or Fraud Risk Strategy in a Financial Services business.

You should be able to demonstrate a proven ability to influence and build relationships with a wide stakeholder group. Additionally, you will have experience in preparing and delivering internal and external reporting on sensitive Financial Crime and Fraud Risk matters.
