Fraud Detection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Fraud Detection Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our fraud detection program, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating internal threats to the organization's reputation and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective management of business outcomes and minimize risks associated with internal fraud.
- Analyse high-risk alerts and data to detect and prevent internal fraud activity, including theft, embezzlement, and other malicious behavior.
- Refer high-risk areas for further investigation and provide recommendations to stakeholders to improve internal controls and procedures.
- Experience in fraud prevention, detection, and analysis, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, assess, and interpret complex data to identify trends and patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- High integrity and commitment to ethical standards, with a strong understanding of organizational values and culture.
