Fraud Control Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fraud Control Specialist to lead our fraud prevention and detection efforts. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and playbooks to drive decision-making and provide insight into portfolio performance under different scenarios;
- Lead efforts to prevent and detect fraud and scams across our lending platform, protecting our customers and company from risk;
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to mitigate digital fraud threats (e.g., phishing).
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention strategies and techniques;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience working with data analytics and fraud detection tools.
