Job Title: Compliance Governance LeadAs a Compliance Governance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's compliance obligations are met across all verticals and functions. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand our compliance landscape and assurance requirements.The role requires strong project management skills, with experience in managing risk and compliance methodologies in a sophisticated business environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance projects, workflows, and change management initiatives.Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the focal point for external reviews (regulator or audit)
  • Maintaining the Compliance Program schedule that aligns with the company's compliance landscape and assurance requirements
  • Managing and coordinating assurance projects, including defining and clarifying the scope of activities required and managing them to successful execution
  • Developing and managing project schedules, making certain that all prioritization conflicts are resolved with internal and external stakeholders
  • Annual reporting of Compliance Assurance activities and outcomes, including the monitoring and follow-up with stakeholders on the completion of remediation activities
The Compliance Governance Lead will report directly to senior leadership and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of compliance activities.
