Future MIP Developer Opportunity

Develop expertise in the Gurobi Optimizer, leveraging internal and external perspectives to enhance customer understanding.

  • Leverage knowledge of our core MIP Engine and code development.
  • Design, implement, and benchmark new algorithmic ideas.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bugs detected in the code, ensuring product stability and integrity.
  • Write tests to ensure new algorithms and functionalities work correctly.
  • Develop technical articles and documentation, interact with users through forums and support channels.
  • Present new product features and capabilities at conferences and training sessions.
Key Qualifications
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, C, C++).
  • Master's degree in operations research, computer science, or similar discipline/experience (Ph.D. preferred).
  • Passion for programming.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information.
  • Linear algebra theory knowledge.
  • Basic system administration skills (Linux).
