Senior C++ Software Developer Position

As a key member of our Canberra Development team, you will collaborate with a global group of experienced developers on core technologies and critical real-time systems that drive our platform. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and contributing to employee performance review processes, as well as designing and implementing high-performance C++ code and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of software developers and contribute to employee performance review processes
  • Design and implement high-performance C++ code and algorithms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical real-time systems
  • Develop and maintain object-oriented designs and architectures
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in C++ development
  • At least 3 years of technical management or lead experience
  • Good debugging skills
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Agile methodologies and processes
  • Multithreaded programming
