As a key leader, you will be responsible for engaging with the school community, attending events, and assemblies. You will also assist in the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.

Genuine relationships with children and their families are essential, and you will foster these connections through play and fun activities with primary school-aged children.

To succeed in this role, you will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a confident communicator, and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be a strong team player with a positive attitude and a passion for creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.

Relevant qualifications include a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), and you should be working towards or hold this qualification according to ACECQA standards.
