This role is for educators seeking casual employment as Certificate III Qualified Educators.

You will provide quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with National Quality Standards and the learning framework.

Your work may include:

  • Developing positive relationships with children, families, and community members.
  • Facilitating play-based learning environments that respond to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Documenting children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
  • Previous on-the-job experience (preferred).
  • Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, with Uniting's values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
