We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to contribute to the development of our educational program and provide quality education and care to children.
About the Role">This full-time contract position will involve planning, implementing, evaluating, and reflecting on the educational program for the children. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to provide a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities">The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Contributing to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework.
- Developing positive and respectful relationships with children, their families, and the community.
- Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Guiding and supporting educators to implement the program and philosophy for the children.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Teaching or Early Childhood Education degree.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher, preferably in a leadership role.
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
