About Our Early Childhood Teaching Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to contribute to the planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection of our educational program for young children.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an early childhood setting, with a strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and learning framework. They will be able to provide high-quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes and helping them to achieve their full potential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing programs that reflect the approved learning framework.
  • Fostering positive relationships with children, families and the community.
  • Creating engaging play-based learning environments that respond to children's interests, strengths and abilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Early Childhood Studies.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher (experience as an educational lead is advantageous).
  • Demonstrated ability to record observations, write learning stories and support the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, families and community members.
