Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

This role is a chance to provide high-quality education and care to children from birth to five years. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work in a warm and welcoming environment that celebrates the diversity of our children, families, and team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing positive relationships with children, their families, and community members. They will facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities. Additionally, they will document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on-the-job experience preferred. You should be passionate about working with children of all ages and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members. Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness are also essential qualities for this position.
