Job Title: Building Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Building Services Coordinator.

This role will involve liaising with clients, contractors, and building occupants to deliver high-quality security services. The successful candidate will exercise functions and powers pursuant to the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000, and carry out procedures outlined in the Protective Services Quality Procedures and site Building Manuals.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure consistent high-quality security services.
  • Exercise powers and functions pursuant to the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000.
  • Review and develop procedures for general building security and safety of persons within the building.
  • Coordinate training and provide direction in emergency procedures and building safety programs.
  • Operate computerised systems to provide reports on electrical, mechanical, fire, lift and security systems.
  • Foster an equitable and fair workplace by providing leadership and supervision to subordinate officers.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Current First Aid Medical Certificate
Other:
  • Successful completion of the Protective Services Officers Course is a pre-requisite for appointment to this position.
