Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Site Foreman to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, manage and control all assigned duties to meet production standards.
  • Manage labour issues to ensure staff contribution towards company objectives.
  • Maintain product quality, hygiene and bio-security standards.
  • Optimize resource management for maximum benefit.
  • Implement and oversee continuous improvement principles, including risk and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a grade 12 education, with tertiary education in Agriculture being an advantage. They will also require at least 3 years of breeder experience and be passionate, self-motivated and performance-driven.

Strong team players with excellent people skills and team management ability are required, as well as good administrative skills and the ability to manage document flow.

Requirements:
  • Be proactive, accurate and able to work independently.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position, with irregular working hours, including weekends and public holidays. Accommodation is provided on the farm.
