Our client is a leader in energy generation and renewable energy projects.
We are seeking 2x experienced ICT Project Managers to deliver several business-critical projects that support their trading operations.
The Role As an ICT Project Manager, you will take ownership of ICT projects within the Digital Solutions portfolio.
The position will work at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring that project outcomes are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver tangible value.
Projects include a solution to manage power purchase agreements (PPAs), replacement of the data warehouse for the trading function, and the replacement of the engine for the analysis of gross operating profit.
Key Responsibilities Deliver ICT and business projects on time, within budget, and to agreed outcomes.
Manage project planning, governance, financials, risk, and reporting in line with the ICT Delivery Framework.
Build strong partnerships with project sponsors, stakeholders, SMEs, suppliers, and senior executives.
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving accountability.
Define and manage procurement activities, contracts, and vendor relationships as required.
Ensure change management and business readiness activities enable smooth adoption of project outcomes.
About You A bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline (essential).
Substantial experience as a project manager delivering ICT projects.
Project management certification (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
Azure Dev Ops experience.
Strong skills in project scope, planning, budget control, risk management, and reporting.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery approaches.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives, users, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of the electricity sector / NEM, or trading of financial instruments or commercial systems (desirable).
