Job Overview

This is a dynamic role driving the success of our digital channel management. As a Performance and Process Manager, you'll be at the heart of customer experience and strategic transformation.

Within our Digital Banking Domain, we are responsible for managing and transforming digital platforms. This role sits within our Process Improvement Centre of Excellence, focused on supporting the Domain with initiatives and strategic work.

The successful candidate will have experienced product, change, risk or compliance management with 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services and process improvement.

  • Drive meaningful change by continuously improving how we serve customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Champion our digital platform by resolving customer escalations and leading or supporting domain-level initiatives.
  • Be the voice of the customer, shaping digital service experiences that exceed expectations through collaboration and influence across the organization as a subject matter expert.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and stakeholder engagement and management skills. They should also possess advanced problem design and problem-solving capabilities, along with strong time management and organisation skills.
