Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual who can provide exceptional maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting services on Kalmar equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems and be able to deliver high-quality service through clear communication and detailed reporting.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients, and continually improving your skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on Kalmar and third-party equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and detailed reporting
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve shared goals
  • Continually improve technical skills through training and development opportunities

  • Australian Mechanical trade qualification
  • Heavy Commercial Vehicle Cert III AUR31220
  • Mobile Plant Cert III AUR31212
  • Battery Electric Vehicle Inspection and Servicing Skill Set AURSS00064
  • Automotive Electric Vehicle Technology Cert III AUR32721
  • AUR20220 Certificate II Automotive Air Conditioning Technology
  • High Risk Work Licenses
  • Forklift operator's license
  • Elevated work platform license
