Australian Wildlife Conservancy is seeking an Ecologist Guide to join our team of dedicated conservationists. As an Ecologist Guide, you will play a vital role in communicating AWC's conservation science and land management programs to public visitors and supporters.

This exciting opportunity involves working as part of a team to provide exceptional visitor experiences, including bird watching and helicopter tours. You will be responsible for delivering informative and engaging presentations about AWC's mission and work, inspiring support and enthusiasm for conservation efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate AWC's conservation science and land management programs to public visitors and supporters;">
  • Deliver high-quality visitor experiences through guided tours and presentations;">
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives;">
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of conservation programs and projects;">

Requirements:

  • A degree in ecology (or equivalent) is essential;">
  • Extensive field guiding experience is desirable;">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required;">
