Job Summary:

Growth Product Management Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and data-driven product leader to lead initiatives that enhance user acquisition, activation, revenue, referral, retention, and resurrection metrics.

  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across the user lifecycle, leveraging data and experimentation to achieve significant impact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, growth hackers, and designers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct user research on growth levers, design intuitive user interfaces, and create high-quality wireframes and mockups.
  • Develop and implement A/B tests and other experiments to drive iterative improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Experience leading product discovery focused on growth opportunities and shaping strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
  2. Proven ability to manage and influence high-performing teams in a web-based software environment to achieve measurable growth.
  3. Strong track record of growing and marketing products through successful initiatives and experiments.
  4. Technical understanding of software development and web technologies to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  5. Exceptional data analysis skills, including experience with SQL and analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel, to inform business decisions.
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
